Who runs HUSH. The HUSH Collective. Registered in the United Kingdom. Operating address: Tickbridge Farm, Tickbridge Lane, UK. Trading as thehushcollective.co.uk.

Pricing. All prices in GBP. Include UK VAT where applicable. International orders may attract local taxes and duties on arrival.

The cause portion. A portion of every sale is donated to UK men's mental health initiatives chosen by subscribers. HUSH is a commercial brand, not a registered charity. The receipt is published quarterly on The Cause.

Orders. An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for fraud, stock error, or pricing error. Refund issued if cancelled.

Returns and shipping. See Returns and Shipping.

Intellectual property. The HUSH wordmark, logos, photography, copy, and the No Man Rides Alone designs are owned by HUSH. Personal use of imagery only. Commercial use requires written consent.

User content. If you tag us, send us a message, or share content of you wearing HUSH, you give us permission to repost with credit. Tell us if you ever want it removed.

Privacy. See Privacy.

Liability. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

Law. English law. Disputes resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

Changes. We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page. Material changes will be announced to subscribers.
