1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of thehushcollective.co.uk ("HUSH", "we", "us") and any purchases you make through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by them.

HUSH is operated by The HUSH Collective Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By ordering, you confirm you are.

3. Products

Every cap shown on the site is made-to-order via our fulfilment partner Printful. Colours may vary slightly on different screens. Cap measurements: one size fits most (54.9-60cm head circumference, plastic adjustable closure).

4. Orders & payment

When you place an order, you make us an offer to buy at the listed price. We accept the offer when we send the order confirmation email. Payment is taken at checkout via Shopify Payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or another supported method.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for stock issues, payment failure, suspected fraud, or pricing errors. If we cancel, you'll be refunded in full.

5. Cause donations

£5 from every £38 cap sold is allocated to UK men's mental health organisations. That is 13% of the sale price and it sits inside the price. You are not charged anything additional at checkout.

Donations are pooled by drop. At the close of each drop, the pool is split across the four shortlisted UK men's mental health organisations for that drop. We publish a receipt on thehushcollective.co.uk/pages/the-cause within 14 days of the transfer, showing the total raised, the split by organisation, and proof of payment.

The shortlist for each drop is shaped by the buyers of the drop before it. Buyers of a drop are invited by email to help pick the four organisations shortlisted for the next one. This is an invitation to contribute to a decision, not a binding ballot, and HUSH makes the final selection against a published bar: UK based, verifiable financials, and frontline work.

The £5 is committed per cap sold and is donated regardless of any later refund of that order. Where an order is refunded, HUSH absorbs the donation rather than reclaiming it from the pool.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the site (logos, designs, copy, photography) is owned by The HUSH Collective Ltd and protected by UK copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, modify, or commercially use any of it without written permission.

9. User conduct

When using the site, you agree not to:

• Use it for unlawful purposes
• Interfere with site security or functionality
• Scrape, copy, or republish content
• Submit false information at checkout

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, HUSH is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order in question.

This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
